Sir Peter Blake is a British pop artist. Know for his collages of popular culture, he famously created the Beatles album cover for Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. He has worked with numerous others musicians and cultural figures and remains one of the UK’s best loved artists. He trained at the Royal College of Art and had his first exhibition, in 1969, at the Waddington Galleries who have represented him ever since.
